The Update Wizard seems to work well for Unity, any reason it could not be used to update standalone Exchange servers used for voice mail storage only?
Thanks!

The Server upgrade Wizard is designed to work on a server which has atleast one of the below mentioned installed on the box.
- Cisco Unity
- Cisco Unity Voice Recognition
- Cisco Unity Connection
- Cisco Unity Connection Voice Recognition
- Cisco Unity Bridge
Therefore if you have a Stand alone Exchange server the wizard would not work.
EDIT:
The list of updates installed by the wizard is listed at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/unity/updates/wizard/cuupwz.html

Actually it does, I ran it on a lab Exchange server and it worked fine. I am thinking about trying it in production. Since this is a voice mail only message store server and the Exchange software was purchassed from Cisco I expect to be able to do this. I was told Cisco would support my entire Unity enviroment inclusing the message store portion.

Ok.
I've not seen any document which refers to using it on Standalone Exchange server. It only lists servers which has Unity/UC/Bridge/Voice Connector.
Let me test this and get back to you.
