How do I enable to calling a phone number without changing Partition/CSS?

Hello everyone,

I got a extension that needs to call a special phone number.

The calling searching space doesn't include this phone number.

Is there any solution if I don't need to change CSS?

Howard,

One solution is to create a translation pattern that is in a partition that the CSS of the phone does have access to. You can give the translation pattern a CSS which has access to the partition of the special number.

Actually I create a route pattern for the specific number, and assign the same CSS to the extension. And it works properly.
