RME 4.0.5 / web page don't appear

Hello

I have a LMS 2.6 installation with RME 4.0.5.

All works fine except that after 1-2 weeks without problems, the web page http://ciscoworks:1741/rme/RMEHome.do

don't appear (page timeout).

All the RME services are running

CS, DFM, CM pages appears correctly

As workaround I execute a restart of CW.

Do you known this problem?

We have seen reports that the RME homepage no longer shows up when there are a large number of RME jobs. Removing old jobs via the RME Jobs manager helps that problem. There may also be errors in the NMSROOT/MDC/tomcat/logs/stdout.log that point to a cause for this problem.

Hello

My last RME Job is 1133 (total saved jobs are 231).

It's seems that the RME stop to work because my last job was at 21 jun.

I have max 1-2 job pro day.

Now I have restarted CW because I was not able to entry into the RME menu to erase Jobs.

Now I have erased 60jobs

You will find as attached file the stdout.log file

So with the deleted jobs, does the problem still occur?

Hello

before to delete the jobs I have restarted CW.

(..it's the workaround)

The problem appear every 1-2 weeks.

So I have to wait...

Did you see something wrong into the log?

I didn't know at what time to look, but a scan of the log did not reveal anything obviously wrong.

Hello

the problem appears again, but this time I see the RME Homepage (CW it need 1 minute to display the Homepage, normally 2-3 sec).

But into the RME Homepage the RME Job are EMPTY.

The RME job browser page is EMPTY too.

Could I do some troobleshooting, without restart the LMS?
