IPCC "Agent ID already in use"

I have a problem with Cisco Desktop Agent using IPCC Express. I believe it is version 5.1. In any case, occasionally (happening more often), i get disconnected from the network while on my computer, and i get kicked out of the call queue. When i try to log back in i get the error message

"The Specified ID is already in use!!"

It then tells me to hit OK to log them off and me back in. Yet it always tells me "unable to log in".

So far the only fix that we have been able to come up with is to restart the server/service. This is not a good fix, and was wondering if there is any way to just kick my user out, instead of everyone.
