Can the Catalyst 4506 support dual Sup-II+ engines?

I have a 4506 with a single Sup-II+ 12.2(31)SG and need to install a redundant Sup-II+. Will I need to get a different chassis model to support dual sups in SSO mode?

4506 only supports one Sup Engine. You need a 4507 or 4510 for dual Sup Engine support.

As the previous poster said 4506 doesnt support redundant SUP's.U need to have 4507 R for this.
