JTAPI and original incoming called number

If a call comes into IPCC on a 1-800 number, and the call gets routed to a particular agent, how do we retrieve through JTAPI the original called number? Is this info available?

I have this problem too.

Unified MobilityManager communicates with Cisco Unified CallManager CTIManager for CTI monitoring and call control via JTAPI . This communication is maintained via the Unified CallManager Links on the Unified MobilityManager application servers. Specifically, these are the Outgoing Port User Link and the Shared Line User Link.
