Call Manager 5.1 Attendant Console and Unity Connection

I have my attendant console up and running the only problem is that the lines on the actual phone need to have the voice mail profile set and the voice mail box ticked so the Route Point is not controlling it all the way and when it actually does goto voice mail it is the extension of the line on the phone and not the original called number (don't want to add all alt extensions) also Yes another thing, the always route member will no allow me to add numbers that are translation patterns or voice mail pilot points.

Hi If I remember correctly there is a Service Parameter under Telephony Call Dispatcher service if using CCM 4.3 or less and in 5.X and up the service is called Cisco CallManager Attendant Console Server Service.

The service parameter is:

Reset Original Called Party on Redirect*

It will forward Pilot Point DN to VM.
