Cisco routers with Fiber-optic interface

is there are router with both Fiber-optic (SM) and E1 interface that can act as a redundant on a both Microwave and Fiber Optic transmission.

You need to buy a modular router like the 2600 XM series or 3000 series routers and then insert these cads seperately in the router
