Solved: General Delivery Mailbox - Unity Express 2.1

I am trying to set up a GD box for a client and have never used one myself. The doc is vague on how to access it. What is the procedure? My user is trying to access it from his personal mailbox which is how I believe it is supposed to be done. Then he is pressing * then the extension associated with it and it asks for a password. What are we doing wrong?
