CRS 3.5.3 Update an existing Text file

Unanswered Question

I have a customer requirement to insert a line into a permanent log file, with some basic information about the call (Date, Time, Caller ID, Brief error description) on every error condition where I cannot access their SQL database to write an error log in SQL. I've been playing around with the Document steps in the Editor, but I'm not really finding what I need. Has anyone else had any experience with this? Thanks.
