Static and Fading with MoH on CCM

I have a small network running a MCS-7825 CM with a 2811 gateway configured for MGCP. The customer is experiencing fading in and out and periodic static on all of the MoH. All voice conversations are fine. The call manager is 4.1(3)SR3C and the gateway c2800nm-ipvoice-mz.124-11.T2.bin. This has been going on for a month now. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Was this issue ever resolved. We have the same thing happening to our MOH files. I believe it has to do with the sampling rate of the music file.

We pretty much determined that the qulaity of the MoH file was not adequate.
