Problem Area: On a spoke site CCME (Cisco Call Manager express) is running .
Ip address assigned to this CCME is 10.X.X.X
One IP telephone Cisco 7960 with ip address 10.X.X.2 is registered on this CCME.
Tunnel Interface is connecting the spoke through internet to the HUB router where NM PRI for Voice card is Installed.
Problem Part:

From Cisco IP 7960 when initiate a outbound call to 07317170122 .Connection get established
But no Voice transfer take place in any direction .Only Noise can be heard on IP 7960.
On the Other side called number that is 0731710122 don?t heard any single noise /Voice.
