What is the OID number and its type&value that I can disable aaa new-modele command on the router

You can't do this directly with SNMP, but you can use the CISCO-CONFIG-COPY-MIB to upload a config snippet to the device via TFTP that will disable aaa new-model. See http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk648/tk362/technologies_tech_note09186a0080094aa6.shtml on how to do this. You config snippet will be:

no aaa new-model

end
