I have 6509 non E chassis. Do I have any need for concern if I want to deploy VoIP? Can I deploy the CCM modules andthe IOS to support them in a non E chassis?

Hi

You can still run the sup720 with the latest IOS on the 6500 non-E chassis and this confgiuration AFAIK will take all the service module cards including yours - i'm assuming you are referring to the CMM module ?

If however you want to power IP phones from the 6500 then yes it may be a concern. Attached is a link to a 6500 Enhanced chassis doc

scroll down to table 2 which covers number of phones that can be powered on different chassis.
