ADSL Bonding and Monitoring

I am looking for solution as below and as per attachment.

1- If I use 4 ADSL Line at Site A and Client, what is the best Cisco Router that can bonding those line?

* For info Client get the ADSL connection from Site A, where Site A giving ADSL connection to Client via wireless.

2- How to monitor those connection (Site A and Client) via remote monitoring and what kind of hardware I should use for HQ?

Expert, please assist.

first of all, bonding is not possible unless you have a special agreement with ISP for MLPPP. Else, the lines will work via regular load sharing.

For hardware, the smaller router you can use in a 2801 with 4 x HWIC-1ADSL. For monitoring, just use telnet and an SNMP package like PRTG (free for to trial).
