OM 2.0 not showing any phones anymore

Could somebody give me a hint in which log or where to check when I have no way to display any phones anymore in "Service Level View" or "IP Phone Status" / View all phones. There were phones before and discovery works.

What do you see for IP Phones under CUOM --> Devices --> Device Management

How many phones showing under Administration > System Status?

Hi.

It went down from 800 to only one device now in the device mgmt page.

In the system status page, there is no error visible, the last device scan runned properly with completed.

Solved.

Call Manager (5.x) SNMP services died somehow in a uncertain stage. OM could not read out anymore devices.

OM does not complain or alert when this happens. Not a very clever thing for a tool that should supervise another product. After restart of the SNMP service, all back to normal.
