CCIE Voice IPCC express

Hi,

i am wondering which part is needed for the CCIE voice in regards to IPCC express.

1) Standard, enhaned or premium.

2) Within the IPCC what do i need to know, like scripting for instance or agent queuing, etc...

1) Enhanced

2) Know how to configure the subsystems, integrate with CCM, and you have to be proficient with scripting. Don't expect anything crazy though.

Giving a lot of information about this would be violating the NDA. Expect basic IPCC Express functionality being tested.

Also, DB integration will be "too crazy".

My only need is to know what to study, i agree with you that it is related to NDA but i need the topics within IPCC express enhanced as you know it is huge (like the DB for instance)
