Hi pros,
I have CME 4.0 and 2811 router with several IP Phones. I have configured some of my clients in my local network as an SIP client. They will use X-lite softphone. Everything is fine, they can register and call.
Then i decided to deploy X-lite to my other clients which will come over WAN. They have G.SHDSL modem. And there will be a VPN connection btw them. But now for testing purposes, im trying to register these softphones over WAN. They can register and they can call any number over WAN. But the clients on My local network cant call back to these clients over WAN. For example my local network extension is 3xxx, and clients on other site is 4xxx.
4xxx network can call 3xxx, but 3xxx cant call 4xxx.
Should I write some dial peers or smthing like routing?
Thanks in Advanced.

Please do "term mon" and "debug ccsip message" when calling from 3xxx to 4xxx so we can see what the problem is.

Hello,
4110 is not registered hence cannot receive calls.
Please configure username same as number same as authentication username in x-lite. This same username/number you configure under "voice register pool" with "id mac 0000.0000.0000".

But i have already done it. And one more thing they can call 3xxx with this configuration.

Well whatever yuo have configured is not working, see below. The phone should try registering again with digest authentication as it got refused first.
Perhaps the realm is different (no present in X-lite.). Perhaps the number in "voice register dn" is different.
Remember, lack of registration of a SIP phone does not mean that this phone can't place calls with CME.

Thanks for your time.
Yes you are right it wasnt registering. And the reason was about routing tables.
And now its fine.
