Incorrect Unity Password Prompt

Unity 4.1 - password requirement is 3 digits but prompts states that 5 is the minimum. If you enter 3 digits for the new password it works just fine, just the prompt is wrong. The client is a bank and some auditors "tightened" permissions. I am guessing this may be the issue. Can you point me in the directions of what account priviledge to check that may be causing this?

Hi -

In your Unity SA, go to Account Policy, Phone Password Restrictions page. Select the radial button that says "Minimum number of characters in password" and enter 3. Save. The next time your users have to change passwords, the 3 digit length will be enforced. This setting applies to all users.
