how to set VPN user access rights

We have remote access VPN configured on ASA 5200, we want only 1 user, "guest" can only access 1 IP address, while other users still can access other IP as normal VPN users. We know we can issue a single IP to this particuller user and apply ACL based on this IP address to implement this feature, is there any other simpler ways?

I'm not sure how much simpler you want, but you may want to check into WebVPN if its a feature of ASA 5200.

we are using windows based VPN client, not WebVPN.
