Hello,
My customer has deleted the facility within the ICM Domain Manager. They can no longer access webview reports. If I get them to run setup for Admin Workstation Configuration on the Distributer will this re-add the instance?

did the customer delete the facility from the Active Directory? This is bad... Actually, is the call center still working?
Could you please check on the progger sever what account the Logger service is using?

yep, they deleted from AD. Call center running but customer unable to make any config changes to distrib.
