central site cant reach remote during AAR

question While testing aar at the remote site the users can dial the corporate network 5 digits extensions with no problem. When the central site try to dial a iphone at the remote site during AAR it give bandwith not available and fast busy. Does anyone know why?

I assume Central Site and Branch are in different locations.

External Phone MAsk number is configured for each phone at each site.

Please check this configuration guide which is excellent.
