Hi
The management vlan is use to manage the switches themselves and as such should not have any user ports in them. Cisco recommends using a vlan other than vlan 1 for management ( we use vlan 2 in our sites ). Layer 2 switches can only have vlan interface up so this would be the management vlan with the default-gateway pointing to the Layer 3 SVI ip address for that vlan.
The native vlan is the vlan that is not tagged with a vlan ID when traversing a 802.1q trunk link. Again Cisco recommend using a deidcated vlan for this. Thre should be no user ports in it and you do not need a layer 3 SVI for this vlan as it does not need to be routable. We use vlan 999 at our sites.
