We're using IPCCX 4.0(5) with Enhanced edition. The agent phone's configuration is Line 1 for ACD In-call and Line 2 is for extn nbr. I would like to ask how to restrict agent to make outgoing call from Line 1.
I think that you can restrict the outgoing calls setting up the Calling Search Space, CSS, of Line 1 to a CSS with calling restrictions, for example, a CSS that it only allows the agent to call to another agent.
