Hi Prabhath

Have you tried logging in via console or telnet and check the CPU Usage when your router is hanging ?

Have you done any analysis on the kinda bandwidth usage/CPU usage in the recent past ?

Is ip cef enabled on your router and are you seeing any error logs related to memory ?

HI Prabhath,

Can you attach the "show tech-support" output of your CISCO 1700 Router.

So, that we can able to provide you the precise reply.

Also, Check the CPU Usage, Memory Usage, BUffer allocation (small, middle, Huge), Is there any severe Logging messages enabled.

Pls Rate if Helps

Best Regards,

Guru Prasad R
