convert 1721 to 2801

Is there any way to take off the settings from my 1721 router and import them into my new 2801 router?

Hi Susan,

These are two different platforms.

You can always create a notepad script with all information needed, then configure your new 2801.

just login to your 1721 router, could be by console local connection or by telnet.

Do you have access to the 1721 router?

if you do login to it and do

show running-config

the configuration will show in text, you can copy the text and paste it into notepad in windows, when I say script it is text.
