ISP has qos configured on their MPLS a certain way. My clients has thier router's QOS configured another. ISP says that QOS settings need to match on both mpls and local router. a certain tech from a certain company told me that the ISP has QOS configured for outbound qos only. There for the qos that is setup on the local router is it's own qos.
He said, as long as thier is no complaints then everything is fine the way it is setup. The only thing he suggested was increasing the bandwight by 10% on the video priority que.
