We find that when user who answers a call on a phone that is connected to an FXS port that has Calling Line ID (CLID) enabled for all voice gateways hears an
audible squawk for a few seconds. We're using CCM 4.1(3) with voice gateway IOS 12.4(3b). We already know it is known bug (Bug ID: CSCsa97827). But we don't know how to diable CLID in vg. Please help.

since the bug is fixed, why don't you upgrade instead of living with it ?

because of corporate standard with this IOS only.

Well it would be good if you could try to tell to those who dictate that, that to drag around old and buggy software is very bad thing :)
Do they realize that there are literelly hundreds of bug fixes from older to newer software ?
Now it appears the bug has a workaround documented, but what if it had not ?
In all honesty, the approach above is very detrimental to good network health, I've have seen that many times in 10+ yrs of networking with cisco.
