End user comes with this problem.
Moved a user in Exchange and in Active Directory our of one group into another. no problem. then went and imported that user into Unity 4.2 "successfully".
Now when we go into Unity, the user is not there and can not be imported from Exchange (not in selection). They are visable in Call Manager, and the AD entries look correct. DBWalker found no problems.
Now sure where to look for correcting this outside of removing the user from Exchange and re-adding.
Thoughts or suggestions?
