I am having problem setting up site to site VPN. My spoke site is configured to receive its initial config from the IP solutions centre. We use the IP SC to centrally manage all spoke sites. We also have a CA server in place to grant cert's to the spoke router.

Our spoke site setup is such that we use two Cisco 831 routers. The first router acts as the edge router and connects to the ADSL line. The second router is the main router which handles VPN and also provides connectivite to the LAN. When we tried turning on the edge router, though it is able to ping the ISC, it cant connect to the CNS engine. We get following ssl errors:

Jul 3 15:07:12: SSL Client Initialization Successful.

Jul 3 15:07:12: SSL: client hello encoded successfully.

Jul 3 15:08:12: CNS SSL Transport: 0: no response to ssl server hello.

Can someone explain what this could mean?
