Cisco IP Phone issue

I have Cisco CCME network installed with Cisco IP Phone 7940, 7936 and 7912. It is working fine. Recently, I bought a Cisco IP Phone 7911 due to 7912 obsolete and having problem using 7911 phone on my VOIP network.

I have tried to upload 7911 firmware to CCME router but still not working. I am not able to find 7911 from command telephony-service

load 7911 SCCP11.8-3-1S

So, I used 7910 for this.

Pls advise!

please leave alone the GUI that is not good for this job.

Now, have you configured "tftp-server

After that, check "term mon" and "debug tftp event" to check the upgrade process.

What version of CME are you running?

Support for the 7911 was not added until CME4.x I believe.
