MobilityManager - user license

I purchased MM license 'LIC-MM-MC=' but cannot find the menu to apply. How can I apply to MM (or CCM)?

There is no licesne enforcement. There is no license to apply. You just goit to buy X number of licenses for X number of users. I am not sure how this behaves with CCM 6.x since MM is integrated in Callmanager in 6.x
