Attendant Console problem

I loaded a client version of Attendant Console on a users PC. When you login to the program you should be able to see the phone associated with the program in the Call Control area with a picture of a phone. We get a question mark and an error that says you can not have a shared line. I know the DN's for the phone are not shared and have associated the user with the ac in the global directory.

Do you have any other ideas?

I have this problem too.

Attendant phones can share lines with other attendants or non-attendants.
