The maximum is 300 agents, look at the SRND to answer all of your capacity questions:

Maybe I have not been very clear with the done question.
The case is: I have rceived with software kit of CCM 4.2.3 licese for IPCX Express and i only have 5 agents available.
I have that install IPCC Express Corresident with CallManager, then
The question is: I will only have available 5 agents?
How Many Position for Queue i will have available?
How Many agents with an upgrade can get to have this version?

Each IPCC Agent Seat will allow for 2 CTI ports, so with 5 agent call center you will be allowed to have 10 calls in queue.
