fail to logout from CCMadmin page

I am trying to delet a phone from my phone list in my CCM 5.04 but I fail since the phone use by some one "Log in".When I try to log out this user using CCMadmin web page I get this error:

Error occurred while retrieving information from database. [378] Device EM not enabled.

The CCM nWhcih I use is: 5.0.4.2000-1

Any advice.....

This is a known issue. Cannot find the Bug ID rt now, but try the workaround mentioned at http://www.ciscotaccc.com/kaidara-advisor/voice/showcase?case=K02500942
