Hi

I have a callmanager in my lab that has loads of previous config in it, does anybody know a quick way to return the database back to day 1, ie no user config. Without re installation.

I dun think it is possible.

Re-installation is the only way... It is a cleaner method i feel.

Yes, you will need to reinstall because there are a lot of crossreference between the tables in SQL. Unless you have a backup from the beginning of the system (from day 1) you will need to reinstall.

Reinstall is probably the best way, but you could also use BAT to nuke as much as possible...depending on the situation.
