Every few days we notice our Unity Pilot number just rings out and is not answered by Unity. A restart of the Unity service (not the server itself) is sufficient to bring the pilot number back into operation. There are no obvious errors in the Event Log around the time of the failure. I thought we may be hitting bug CSCef80398, but the hunt pilot failure is not related to a system reboot.
Unity is 4.0(4)SR1 (Unified Messaging) with Cisco Unity TSP 7.0(4)b and CallManager 4.1(3)sr2.
How might I go about debugging this issue?
