IPMA With CallManager 5.1

I want to know if it s possible to delete all configuration for IPMA from CallManager 5.1 And the re-setup a new config from the assistant.

Once you use bulk admin tool for IPMA Config, IPMA manager, PMA, RP partition and CSS are created, you can delete it manualy. But you cannot run BULK Admin tools once again for IPMA partition and CSS.
