which documents do you need?

The thing is that PBX phones will never be able to dial directly to IP phones, because the PBX does not outpulse digits on extensions ports. So users will have to dial the number for the gateway first, wait for dialtone, then dial again the IP phone extensions.

All this assuming you can make the third-party gateway to work with CCM.

mine is not an idea, is a fact.

From one extension of your pbx, try calling another extension and possibly add digits after the number.

You will find that these additional digits are not relayed unless the remote extension answer the calls.

This is why interfaces using FXS/FXO are always incomplete and give a bad service to users. At the very minimum, you shoud use both FXS and FXO on BOTH router and PBX, but then it becomes even more complicated and costly.

Integration professionally made are with T1/E1 interfaces, ISDN BRI, ot at very minumum E&M analog trunks

Once you find which interface you can put on the PBX, we can point you to documents with configuration examples.

But you won't find documents for integration using simply an FXO gateway, because it is not the right way to do it.
