Gateway: Cisco 2811 with newest IOS
CallManager: Ver 5.1
Unity Connection: Ver 1.2
CAll FLOW:
All incoming calls would be going to Unity AA first. During business-hour calls will be transfered directly from the AA to the receptionist, if receptionist is not available, a Working-Hour-AA will handle the call. As soon as it hits 5:00PM then it will not go to the receptionist but will play the After-Hour-AA call handler. I have the connection plar working to the AA.
The configuration works well during business-hour.
Problem:
After-Hour-AA will allow caller dial the extension, so I need the configuration:
dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric
on the VoIP dial-peer.
When I tested to dail the main number(main number-> gateway-> plar 500[AA Number]), I hear the Unity prompt "I cannot recognize this invalid entry" instead of the After-Houre-AA, but the caller can still dial an extension and the call can be established successfully.
If I remove the configuration:
dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric
from VoIP dial-peer, the call can be transfered to After-Hour-AA, but Unity cannot receive the extension caller dialed(it is true).

Is 192.168.70.10 your Call Manager or your Unity server?

192.169.70.10 is CallManager.
