What permissions do supervisors have in IPCC Express? The client wants to know if we can set permissions for supervisors such as Multi level admin for Call manager.
Adding a user as a supervisor in IPCC allows them login access to the http:///appsupervisor page. As far as I am aware, you cannot restrict access further. If you are referring to what agents/csqs they can see, then you can break them up into different teams and only associate the supervisor with his/her specific group of agents/csqs.
