Unity, calls go to voicemail from outside calls

i believe this is a unity setting. I have a user who can answer phone calls from internal calls but from external or outside calls go straight to voicemail. I can't find this setting in callmanager and i thought this was a unity setting. thanks

Hi,

Do the external/outside calls go to the Unity opening greeting first, and the callers enter the user's extension? If that's the case, then in the Unity System Administrator, go to the user's Subscriber > Call Transfer page, and see if the field "Transfer Incoming Calls to Subscriber's Phone" is set to send calls to the subscriber's greeting. If it is, change the setting to ring the subscriber's phone.
