Dear All,

Please find below the network setup of one our customer

core switch cat 4510R configured with multiple vlans.Bluecoat connected to the server farm vlan and other users connected to different floor vlans. The core switch connected to the redundant firewall pair with separate vlan interface (SVI)and the firewall outside goes to the internet router 3800.

Please provide me the config details of both bluecoat and coreswitch WCCP configuration so that the client can access the internet with out pointing to the bluecoat as proxy but the request must redirect to the bluecoat proxy SG.

Thanks in adavance

Make sure your configuration on the catalyst is good, that your wccp passwords are identical on either end, that you choose the same encapsulation ( for example GRE) , that your service group is good, the ports are set and the HASH chosen is the right one
