I have some 7912G's and 7961G-GE phones that have their softkeys set up as a standard user. When you are connected to a caller and try to transfer the transfer button is grayed out and will not let you trnasfer. How can I correct this problem?

Check the maximum number of calls allowed for the DN in CCM administration. It will need to be more than 1 to allow the phone to make the 2nd call to initiate the transfer.

We are using currently CCM 3.3.5 which does not have the option of changing the max calls.
The phones are set up the same as the rest of the phones that have the transfer capability.
