Depends on your version of CallManager, if your using 5.x then you have to configure AXL to CallManager. If CallManger is synced with LDAP then it will pass the info over to CUPS.

CCM and CUPS both configured LDAP to same AD

-CCM5.0.4, successfully able to get all the information from LDAP such as telephone number, emailID

-CUPS1.0.3, only first, last and emailID. no telephone number. no luck even restart the 'LDAP sync agent'

If I change the account inforamtion from AD, updates immediately in CCM by click 'sync now' but doesn't in CUPS...

Bug in CUPS? any idea?
