ASA - "no route to"

Hi folks.

Can someone explain why I might be getting the following syslog from my ASA 5510:

<166>%ASA-6-110001: No route to from <IP address of ASA 'outside' interface>

We do not have failover configured, however the 'internal control 0/0 interface is up/up with' (although all of my other ASAs have this interface and IP address, but do not generate the syslog)

Could this be a device (PC or printer) on the 'inside' which is trying to ping its own loopback address, but instead is getting forwarded out through the ASA?

Here the issue is in the other device participating in the VPN
