Users are complaining that calls are dropped without any reasons from the Attendant console. We are running call manager 5.1.1.3112-4. I am not sure were to look to troubleshoot this problem or to proof that the call were dropped normally. Any ideas?

Hello,
I am using the first available. This was working for 3 months now and suddenly, we had the problem 3 times yesterday. It is difficult to tell if it is a real problem or an error of the user. I would like to proof that because I do not have lots of information about the problem.
