IPCC Express 3.5.3
Agent was in Call Center with extension 59756. They were "promoted and left the Call Center. Their extension was given to someone else.
Now the customer wants to send the original agent back to the Call Center on a temp basis. They have created a Device Profile with extension 59762 for the user and the profile has been associated with the RMUser account.
When I go into the Resources in IPCC, I can see the Agent but it is showing their original Extension of 59756 and not the 59762 extension.
Any ideas where to corrent this problem?
