virtual routing

We are a company of engineering in Madrid and have to update one system of redundant networks, but the problem is that we must create the redundancy route hardware not software since the cards are ancient and not to be able change them, for the type of system.

The idea is a router introduces with two exits and four income minimum. It is a question of a critical system and one cannot lose communication ever.

With a view to the exterior each of the pc has a virtual ip, including its MAC address, different from the assigned one to its cards. We must keep the current architecture intact.

I request you'll sent me information of what router of CISCO (configurable and for redundant networks) it is adapted more to this configuration.

I have this problem too.
