I will write an Web based Outbound Agent Desktop application with Java CIL. Do you have any suggestion? Where can I find any reference documents specially about web based desktop development with Java CIL.

you have to make java applet for making Outbound Desktop application with your web based application.

for more information to build java application use sample application in java came with the cisco support CD for development.
